I remember my bullying experiences when i was younger. Now I can learn about how to handle situations like that. The material was was great feedback on how to handle those types of situations. I like the 4 things that one needs to prevent cases of bullying. I also liked how your choice of words can helps solve a situation instead of continuous harsh punishment. I liked the fact that they used live examples to illustrate this point and i liked the fact that they have great tips for these types of problems.
