Back in May, Sofie, our great Staff Director, joined three of her friends and entered a women’s team in the St. Francis Goodwill Mud Run down in Greenville, SC. This photo from Go Magazine shows her crawling through the first obstacle, and, from the look on her face, clearly enjoying the challenge.
The race included almost 30 different obstacles that required climbing, hoisting, rolling, carrying and plenty of running over 4 miles. Sofie’s team started at 8 in the morning and completed the course in about an hour.
